We use need licensed contractors to bid on our  "Home Repairs," which assists very-low income households in the Lowcountry to receive money in the form of grants for necessary home repairs.  

To date, we have successfully secured over $715,725 in grant funding that we have used to repair 66 homes in the Lowcountry.  Licensed, insured contractors do the rehab work.  All repairs are preceded by a site visit.  A county inspection report and/or Certificate of Occupancy will be required after the work is completed.
